Responsibilities
• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of appropriate brand history, heritage, product
line and account layout.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to promotion in uniform, and prepare to work. You must be
proactive and resourceful: listen to traffic reports, use maps and internet sites as an aide to
make sure your on time.
• Proper set-up of premiums, promotional elements, and make sure your supplies are in
working order.
• Know the product features and price - inform the customers.
• Approach and educate the consumers about the brand, Be proffesional and couteous to
everyone - Consumers will associate their opinion of you with the premium brand
... you're on stage!
• Prepare elements for promotion (e.g. glow sticks, giveaways, t-shirts)
• Keep staff enthusiasm high throughout the promotion and make sure each team member is
performing and working towards achieving the objectives, including yourself.
• Build and support a positive working relationship with local brand representatives

Social Responsibility
The law requires that you use good judgement when executing a promotion. Not
obeying the following points is grounds for dismissal.
• Never give a premium to a minor. Ask for ID or ask the bar staff to ID the customer
if you are unsure.
• Never require a customer to purchase a drink to receive a premium.
